The vast majority of the help and support can be done on the phone or by email. i-yell offers 2 levels of support to meet your every need.

1. Standard Telephone and Email Support.

This is for every user and part of the service we provide. You can call anytime between 9.00 to 5.00 during the week help with and advice on your app and how to set it up and manage the functions. You also have downloadable PDF document to help you. We will get back within 24 hours of any messages left with us.

2. Enterprise Support costs Dependent on application

For multi-user License holders only. We will assess your needs and agree a price for the support you need. This entails you to 24/7 support anywhere in the UK over 12 months at any time. We also give you free upgrades and technical help and help with marketing advice for your application. You also have downloadable PDF document s to help you.
